We have implemented new technologies to redefine “full-service print
and fulfillment” to move it to the next generation. The deployment of our
ERP system involved an in-depth analysis of our business processes to rework
and implement efficiencies to update our work procedures.
ERP is an industry term for business activities supported by our multi-module
application software that helps us manage the important parts of our business,
including—but not limited to: product planning, materials purchasing, maintaining
inventories, interacting with suppliers and monitoring financial accounting.
All this translates to the ultimate customer service and customer satisfaction
while reducing costs.
Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI)
We optimize Supply Chain performance so we are responsible for maintaining
other suppliers’ inventory levels. We also have access to the suppliers’
inventory data and are responsible for generating purchase orders.
We communicate directly with you to project your sales and your stock level needs. We then view and forecast every item needed for your finished job. We are responsible for customizing and maintaining the inventory strategy.
Our ERP software enables us to track and manage your finished goods inventory
with simple handheld scanning devices. If you need to co-locate your finished
goods, have us manage the supply chain.
Pick-Pack-Sort
We have access to almost every packaging material to suit your needs.
No matter what the final product is, let us pick-pack-sort and deliver
your project while you sit back and track your job via the Ross e-Portal.
Inbound – Outbound logistics
Since we are a full-service commercial printer our pricing for using
UPS, FedEx or DHL is lower by economies of scale. Track your job via the
Ross e-Portal so you can view logistics even after it leaves our warehouse.
