E-mail and standard web sites can easily falter with large graphic files. If your customer's have slow modem lines, large files take too long to send and receive. Ross will make sending your creation safer and easier by speeding the transfer.

Safe Compression. No one wants to receive corrupt files. That's why Ross uses world standard, lossless zip compression. We want to make sure every page and pixel is delivered to us just like you sent it. Yes we are conservative, but isn’t your job worth it?


Mac and Windows. We zip all files, whether Mac or Windows files. In addition, zipping a Mac file protects its resource fork. Ever get a Mac file through e-mail that the Mac can't recognize? Chances are its resource fork was stripped off or damaged in e-mail. That won't happen with Ross.

Proofing is easy when you use our special, personalized print driver. A 1-click setup is all it takes. You can proof business cards, newsletter, letterheads, price sheets, anything. Simply enter your data in your order form;

Client Generated Proof
Alternative, you can upload your OWN proof files to your job ticket for review. No matter which method you choose, there is a built-in approval notification process;

Traditional Hard Proof
Or, if these are not suitable to your needs, we can provide you with a traditional hard copy proof.

No More Guessing. You click Accept or Reject when you are done viewing the proof at your desk. An e-mail confirmation is sent and your order is date and time stamped in the job ticket for future reference.

Print It Or Save It. Not only can your customers view the proof online, they can also print a copy or even download a copy of the file.
